Historic Old Northwood offers residents a dynamic opportunity to live in a
thriving urban area of West Palm Beach. We work together to support, build
and create a better community.
Old Northwood holds many West Palm Beach neighborhood firsts:
Northwood Village
On our southern border, and within walking
distance, is an ever growing and changing area. Northwood Road,
which is Northwood Village’s southern most east-to-west street, has recently
received designation as a Main Street USA. Northwood Village is full of
cafes; restaurants; a coffee shop; an ice cream store; antique and thrift stores;
eclectic stores full of finds; a stained glass gallery where classes are offered; a
soap/candle store; many art galleries; and our local US Post Office.
Rayner/Hill Clubhouse
We are proud to have recently renovated our neighborhood clubhouse at 3510 Spruce Street,
which is used for neighborhood meetings and social events.
